Radiologic Findings
There is an well-defined round nodule in right lower lobe. Pre-contrast CT scan shows noncalcified, homogeneous soft tissue density nodule (37HU). After the contrast enhancement, the nodule is slightly contrast enhancement on early post-contrast scan(46HU), and progressively contrast enhancement on delayed post-contrast CT scanenhanced (61HU)
